DEVELOPING HIGH VALUE AND INTERACTIVE TRAINING MATERIAL – MANUALS AND DIGITAL ASSETS

We spearheaded the end-to-end development of premium, interactive training materials tailored for leading clients in diverse sectors, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and impactful knowledge transfer.

1. Smart Quote Systems Development Company

For Smart Quote, a cutting-edge systems development company, we designed and produced high-value, interactive training manuals and digital learning assets. These resources were developed to align with their proprietary SmartQuote platform, ensuring technical accuracy and user-friendly presentation. The training suite included visual aids, step-by-step system navigation guides, and scenario-based learning tools, all designed to enhance user onboarding and system proficiency.

2. Old Mutual Insure – Training Manual Rebrand

In collaboration with Old Mutual Insure, we undertook the complete rebrand and redesign of their internal training manuals, aligning them with the company’s refreshed brand identity. These newly developed resources feature updated layouts, typography, and infographics, offering an enhanced user experience. The outcome is a cohesive training package that reinforces corporate values, facilitates learning, and supports staff development initiatives within the insurance sector.

3. Tamam – Saudi Arabia

For Tamam, a financial services provider based in Saudi Arabia, we developed a comprehensive multilingual training suite, including translated printable manuals and video-audio learning resources in both English and Arabic. The content was crafted to meet local regulatory compliance and user expectations while ensuring ease of use across all levels of staff. Interactive video modules, complete with voiceovers and subtitles, were produced to provide flexible training options suitable for both in-person and remote learning environments.
